I'm a fan of Google Reader. It's what Buzz should grow up to be. At the moment it's party integrated with Buzz; comments on Reader items show up as Buzz comments. All of my GR shares and notes appear as Buzz items as well.
As fine as GR is, it's not as quick to post as I might like and there's no mail option for GR posting (only for Buzz posts, but those aren't accessible to my GR followers).
That's why I created this blog. I can post to it by email, SMS, or the blogger bookmarklet. I read the blogs GR, and it's easy there to share posts (and thus to Buzz), including secondary annotations. It's a lighter weight complement to Gordon's Notes and Gordon's Tech. Some of the these posts may be further developed there.
This format also gives me a historic record of buzz-like posts that I can search on or export.
